Booking terms

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as specified in the invoice.
  • Full payment must be made before the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The inclusions and exclusions mentioned in the itinerary are final. Any services not mentioned will be considered as an additional cost.
  • Hotels are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case of non-availability, a similar category property will be provided.
  • Standard check-in and check-out times apply (unless otherwise mentioned). Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.
  • Vehicle type will be as per the itinerary and number of travelers.
  • Driver working hours are limited; additional usage may attract extra charges.
  • The company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, roadblocks, political unrest, etc.).
  • Travelers are expected to follow local laws, customs, and guidelines during the trip.
  • Any damage to property or vehicle caused by guests will be charged directly to them.
  • Meals are served as per the hotel/restaurant timing.
  • Optional activities and entry tickets are payable directly unless stated otherwise in the inclusions.
  • Travelers must disclose any medical conditions before booking.
  • By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Payment

  • A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
  • Bookings will be considered tentative until the advance payment is received.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the trip ends.
  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or other approved payment methods. Bank charges, if any, must be borne by the client.
  • All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) unless specified otherwise.
  • GST or applicable taxes will be charged extra as per government regulations.
  • Hotels, flights, and transport will be booked only after receiving the advance payment.

Cancellation

  • Refunds on cancellations are only applicable if made before 7 days before the booking date.
  • There can be a cancellation fee upon the dates of cancellation.
