This website presents the destination management services offered by Heaven Nights DMC to travel trade partners. By using the site you accept these terms.
Business-to-business use
Our services are offered to registered travel agencies, tour operators and corporate travel buyers. Nothing on this site is an offer of travel services to individual travellers.
Quotations and rates
Rates, itineraries, inclusions and availability shown on this site or shared in response to an enquiry are indicative. They remain subject to confirmation and may change until confirmed by us in writing for a specific booking.
Bookings
Confirmation, payment terms, amendment charges and cancellation terms are governed by the written agreement or confirmation issued for each booking, not by this website.
Intellectual property
Site content, itinerary structures, written material and imagery belong to Heaven Nights DMC or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without our written consent.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. While we keep information current, Heaven Nights DMC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
